      The past wo days of doing these meditations I am feeling much better. In general I feel more open. I am a heavier person and am working on slimming, but I feel that my poster and weight affect my meditation. My back in particular hurts when trying to sit errect and my legs go numb trying to cross them. Today I did this while laying down to alieve my back pain, I am wondering if anyone has any tips or if I should just fight through it and in turn may build the foundation to keep my self upright. Anyways, thank you so much.

      Day 2 ✅ I did it in the morning for 18 mins only Because my sisters was disturbing me alot sometimes calling me oooe sangam without any reasons sometimes her irrating sound of playing freefiree Environment was soo disturbing in morning times (7:00 am) motor sound and alot of distraction Soo Finally I did in night time (9:00) which was pretty cool and safe nobody can distrub me peaceful environment So from tomorrow onwards daily i will workout on morning and do mediation in night time.
