Guru, I have seen a pattern with me, that once I get engaged with something I go deep into it and tend to go deep into the scenery. I find it a bit difficult to come out of it and be a seer. Could you please help me out, how can I overcome this?

      I am just loving this challenge! I can't wait to share the results at the end. I think one of the more obvious reactions to (twice) daily meditation is better quality of sleep. Normally I wake up a lot in then night and am not usually able to relax enough to fall back to sleep. However, since learning to properly "let go", I find I can quite often get back to sleep, even if it is jist for another hour. Guru Dev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar & Swami Ji (Purnachaitanya) and my Sadana has truly changed the my life in a way no other therapy or medication has. From the bottom of my heat I thank you 🙏🏻 Love to all 💓

      Amazing experience..tears welled up down my cheeks, as the meditation took me to a tour of my parents home...the complete scenery of my home was before my eyes...just couldn't control my emotions. Thank you Gurudev for such a wonderful session.
